Equipment & Facilities

manu-1 We have two factories in adjoining suburbs, one devoted to herbicides and the other to non-herbicide products. We make a wide range of products for the; agriculture, horticultural, recreational turf, pest control, municipal, home garden and household markets.

Our facilities have been approved by three multinational companies and we supply them with their specialist products. Despite this, much of our production is made for small and medium sized companies servicing Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Island nations.

The factories have a modular format that enables them to make small (1,000L/kg) to large (200,000 L/kg) orders. We have invested heavily into protecting against cross product contamination. The herbicide factory is divided into six smaller factory modules that have a sophisticated system to manage all dust and air movement while other systems control all inputs and waste.

Our manufacturing team is highly experienced in scaling up and making new products making us the preferred manufacturing option for companies bringing new products to the market.

We make a wide range of formulation types. Our capability includes both liquid and solid products. We make; suspension concentrates (SC), emulsifiable concentrates (EC), soluble concentrates (SL), emulsions (EW), wettable granules (WG or WDG), soluble granules (SG), solid granules (G) and bait formulations. Many of our products have a unique selling point.

We are a environmentally aware company and both of our factories have solar power that generates 100KW substantially reducing our impact on the environment.

We are also uniquely skilled in the adaptation of manufacturing processes and the development of new processes. We have an array of equipment not found in factories in our industry. We have developed novel processes for product applied from aeroplanes and helicopters. We have developed methods to make stable high loaded liquids as well as stable ultra-low concentration suspensions for the home garden market.
